Benji Smith, Owner and Broker in Charge, Commercial Realtor:

Personal – A South Carolina native, Smith has been a leading member of the local real estate community since 1997. Smith serves on the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors Commercial Alliance Steering Committee.  A father, volunteer and avid fisherman, Smith and his wife, Nancy Netter, M.D., live and work on Greenville’s Eastside.

Personal - Having returned to Greenville after 15 years living in coastal South Carolina and Florida, Jon has been helping clients in the Upstate purchase and sell homes since 2006.  Jon is very involved in the local industry and serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors.  When not working, Jon and his wife, Melanie, enjoy spending time with their two sons.

Margaret Rollison

Margaret has lived in the Greenville area since 1982 and joined Flagship Properties in 2011 with over 9 years of real estate experience. She is a 1982 graduate of Presbyterian College.  From 1998 - 2001 she served a four term as an elected official. During her tenure in office, Margaret gained valuable knowledge about planning and zoning, and her experience with these processes offers additional value to clients.

The most rewarding part of Margaret’s work continues to be the people she meets in her daily activities. She says: “The people I’ve met, many of whom have become dear friends, may never have crossed my path if not for our real estate interaction. It’s these enduring relationships that make my work so rewarding.”

Margaret and her husband, Fred, a commercial photographer, have two daughters. Margaret enjoys volunteering, gardening and is an avid Presbyterian College Blue Hose fan. Sandy Moffitt

After a previous short stay in the Greenville area, Sandy and her family  made the area home for good in 1998. Drawn by the Upstate’s abundant natural beauty, affordability and family friendly atmosphere, Sandy has immersed herself in volunteer opportunities. Currently, she volunteers at Brookwood Church, with the Mauldin High Booster Club, and as an advocate for Susan G. Komen. Sandy and her husband have two sons, one at Mauldin High School and one enrolled at the University of South Carolina.

Meg Miller

Born and raised in South Carolina, Meg has lived in Greenville since 1986, and is proud to call it home!  Her local expertise, along with 10 plus years of real estate sales, makes Meg an invaluable part of any real estate sale. Meg joined Flagship Properties in 2011 as top producing local agent and community representative. 

Since living in Greenville, her involvement in community service and various organizations has enabled her to make lasting relationships with people in all walks of life. Meg believes there is no substitute for hard work, determination and professionalism.

Candace Boatwright - ABR, RRS, Broker Associate

I was born and raised right here in Upstate SC, graduating from Eastside High School and Clemson University. My grandfather founded Meadors Sandwich Company, a well-known Greenville icon. After graduating from Clemson in 1992 with a degree in Microbiology, I lived in Atlanta working and studying at Emory University where I pursued Biostatistics. From there I moved to Saint George Island, Florida where I fell in love with real estate and became a Realtor in 2001. I returned to the Upstate with my husband in 2004 to be near my family and to raise my son in the best place on Earth!

I am actively involved at Brookwood Church in Simpsonville, Women’s Bible Study, Bells Crossing Elementary School PTA, Accredited Buyer Representatives, the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, and the Western Upstate (Anderson, Seneca & lake areas) Association of Realtors.  I also enjoy gardening, running, cross-fit training, camping, reading, hiking, softball, puzzles, fixing things, and ALL College and NFL football.

Jerry is a native Greenvillian and has lived in Greenville most of his life, with the exception of time spent in North Carolina with Duke Energy. With experience in quality customer service, project management and negotiation, Jerry exceeds expectations in the home buying or selling process. He is unusually proficient at understanding and identifying properties that meet his buyer’s unique needs. Jerry also helps sellers properly position their property for the real estate market. His philosophy of real estate is to develop informed buyers and sellers and to cultivate lasting relationships.

Jerry and his wife, Jane, have restored five historic homes in South Carolina including a home in the Hampton-Pinckney area, where Jerry served as President of the Hampton-Pinckney Homeowners Association. He has also served as a member of the Greenville Historic Architectural Review Board.

Enjoying the beautiful architecture of homes in Greenville and surrounding counties has lead Jerry to invest, research and renovate homes for resell.  Because of his keen interest in this market, he has the ability to guide a buyer through the first steps of defining their needs to the last details of closing.

An active member of the community, Jerry serves as a hospice, Meals on Wheels and Habitat for Humanity volunteer.  He enjoys giving a portion of each of his real estate transactions to the Greenville County Cancer Society and The Pickens County Meals on Wheels.
